1. Are your shoes authentic?

All shoes are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not sell fakes or factory variants.

2. Do you buy or trade shoes?

No, not at this time. We do take consignment on deadstock shoes. Come in to the store for details.

3. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We process website payments through Paypal but a PayPal account is NOT required. Customers may also call into our retail location at 210-660-7463 during business hours to place a credit card order over the phone.

4. Is sales tax added?

All orders shipping to addresses in Texas are charged sales tax by law. All other orders shipping to states outside of Texas are not charged sales tax.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Our website is not setup to calculate international shipping charges but feel free to contact us and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote to your country.

6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders placed during store hours are shipped within 24-48 hours. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 3 to 5 days of payment being received.

7. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges unless a mistake was made on our part. If you feel we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us before mailing your purchase back to us. We will either approve or deny your request for a return at our discretion.
